Zineb an IT leader with over 11 years of experience, passionately dedicated to inspiring and empowering women in the tech industry.With a strong background in coaching, sales and leadership, she has honed her expertise across global markets.A graduate of ESCP Europe in Female Leadership and a certified coach by Erickson International, Zineb brings a wealth of knowledge and real-world experience to her coaching.She currently co-leads the SAP Business Women Network Morocco and volunteers as Head of Education for Women In Tech Morocco.Through these roles, she actively champions the development of essential skills, emphasizing their critical role in navigating and succeeding in the fast-paced world of technology.
Malika Ahmidouch
Co Founder - "Guest"A graduate of the École Polytechnique, Malika began her career in finance in the United States before settling in Morocco in 2012. She joined the operator inwi at the time of the widespread adoption of high-speed internet in Morocco and held roles in strategic project management. In 2017, she joined Intelcia to launch digital operations and subsequently managed multi-country operations, contributing to the group's development in Africa and the Indian Ocean region.In 2019, she was promoted to CEO of Intelcia IT Solutions. Under her leadership, the IT division grew from 100 to 600 employees in less than 3 years.In 2023, Malika founded Aishore with the aim of leveraging her experience to develop a high-value African services project that will position her country, and Africa more broadly, in the jobs of the future.
